Our GLL Cuplock scaffolding system adopts unique cup node connection technology, and its ladder bracket is the core accessory, achieving three major design breakthroughs: Self-alignment and fast assembly : GLL ladder bracket precisely engages with the vertical pole through prefabricated cup nodes, and can complete 360° all-round locking without bolts or pins. This design reduces the installation time of a single bracket to less than 30 seconds, which is 60% more efficient than traditional scaffolding. High-strength material system : GLL ladder bracket main structure adopts Q345B low-alloy high-strength steel with a tensile strength of 470-630MPa. With hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it can maintain structural stability in an environment of -20℃ to 60℃, and its service life exceeds 15 years. Ergonomic optimization : The step spacing is set to 300mm, which meets the international OSHA standard. The anti-slip pedal adopts aluminum alloy stamping process, and the surface embossing anti-slip coefficient reaches 0.85, which significantly reduces the risk of falling from height.
According to SGS laboratory tests, our GLL ladder bracket can withstand a uniform load of 8.5 tons in the vertical direction and a bending strength of 12kN·m in the horizontal direction, far exceeding the requirements of the European standard EN 12811. Its truss structure design makes the load more evenly distributed and avoids local stress concentration.
The modular design allows the trapezoidal bracket to be seamlessly connected with other components of the Cuplock system (such as cantilever brackets and corner platforms), allowing for the rapid construction of L-shaped, U-shaped and circular working platforms to meet the construction needs of complex structures such as bridge piers and stadium domes.
The latest generation of products has a built-in RFID chip that can be linked with GLL's IoT management platform to monitor the bracket's tilt angle, load data and fatigue status in real time, with an early warning accuracy rate of 99.2%.
