Through the synergy of the built-in spring steel plate group and the rack adjustment system, the clamp can be accurately positioned and locked with one hand. Compared with the traditional bolt connection method, the installation efficiency is improved by more than 60%.
GLL Quick Lock Scaffolding Couplers' main body is made of Q235 low alloy structural steel, which is hot-dip galvanized with a surface zinc layer thickness of 200GSM, and its corrosion resistance far exceeds the industry standard. Through the cold forming process, the clamping surface accuracy of the 48.3mm standard pipe diameter is controlled within ±0.5mm. GLL's measured data shows that its double clamp design can withstand an axial tensile force of more than 8.8kN, far exceeding the BS1139 standard requirements.
The combination of a 90-degree right-angle structure and an adjustable bracket handle enables GLL Quick Lock Scaffolding Couplers to meet the vertical connection requirements of standard scaffolding systems and also achieve 0-30° fine-tuning through concave grooves and adjustment knobs.
