Three-dimensional connection technology: Each vertical pole is equipped with an eight-way rose joint every 0.5 meters, which can simultaneously connect the crossbar, diagonal brace and working platform to achieve the rapid construction of the spatial grid structure. Actual measurements show that the average daily construction volume of a 4-person team can reach 150 cubic meters, which is 40% more efficient than the bowl-lock scaffold.

Self-locking wedge pin: Gravity self-locking design is adopted, and the pin automatically bites after insertion, and the anti-slip force reaches 8kN, far exceeding the OSHA standard requirements. With the double insurance anti-drop device, the risk of accidental loosening is reduced to less than 0.03%.

Load test: Under the condition of 4.0m span, the deformation is only 12mm when the uniform load reaches 8.5kN/m², which is better than the EN 12810 standard requirements.

Fatigue test: After 5000 cycles of loading, the node stiffness retention rate is still 92%, meeting the long-term construction needs of large public buildings.

Fireproof performance: The galvanized layer still maintains structural integrity at a high temperature of 650℃, providing key safety guarantees for fire evacuation in high-rise buildings.
