Quality inspection system:3% of each batch is taken for salt spray test (72 hours of neutral salt spray), and the rust area is controlled to be <5%. Equipped with a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to fully inspect the thread diameter and the parallelism of the clamp, and the qualified rate is stable at more than 99.6%.
