Compared with traditional steel tie rods, their density is only 1/3 of that of steel, and the weight of a single tie rod is reduced by about 40%, significantly reducing the physical load of workers in handling and installation. Experimental data shows that under the same load conditions (tensile strength ≥ 300MPa), the fatigue resistance of aluminum tie rods is improved by 25%, and they can withstand more than 500 cycles of use, making them a perfect match for high-turnover formwork systems.
GLL wall tie rods adopt double-threaded tapered structure and self-locking connectors to achieve millimeter-level installation accuracy:
Quick positioning system: The tapered thread design allows the tie rod to automatically align with the formwork panel, shortening the installation time to 1/3 of the traditional process;
Stepless adjustment function: 100-300mm span adjustment is achieved through the telescopic sleeve, which is suitable for a variety of wall thickness requirements and reduces on-site cutting operations;
Integrated anti-loosening mechanism: Built-in spring washers and wedge-shaped locks can effectively resist the side pressure of concrete, and the wall flatness error after demoulding is ≤2mm.

Ultimate bearing capacity of 50kN, 2.5 times the conventional design load;
Fireproof grade A1: The melting point of aluminum is 660℃, which is much higher than the concrete pouring temperature, eliminating fire hazards;
