Material selection: Q235 low carbon steel 
Conforms to GB/T 700 standard, yield strength ≥235MPa, elongation ≥26%, ensuring good welding performance and processability. Moderate carbon content (0.14%~0.22%), taking into account both strength and toughness, suitable for scaffolding dynamic load scenarios. 
H-beam section optimization
Adopting symmetrical H-section (height/width ratio is usually 1:1 to 1:2), providing two-way bending resistance and reducing torque deformation. The width-to-thickness ratio of the web and flange is optimized by finite element analysis to improve the load bearing capacity under unit weight.
Ladder structure design 
The trapezoidal groove is stamped on the surface of the beam to enhance the connection stability with the scaffolding pole and prevent lateral slippage. The modular ladder spacing (conventional 1.5m/2m) is compatible with the mainstream fastener system to simplify on-site assembly. 
Hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment
The zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm (in accordance with GB/T 13912), providing more than 20 years of atmospheric corrosion protection. The zinc layer adhesion is verified by bending test, with no risk of peeling, suitable for coastal and high humidity areas.
